The EPS Forum will be held face-to-face from 8.45 a.m. to 6 p.m. on June 2-4, 2022.
In the event of a gauge restriction due to a further deterioration in the health situation, the first registrants will have priority.

Lunch will be offered to all participants and partners.

Accommodation: Young participants (YM Presidents or section Representatives, PhDs and postdocs) who do not live in the region Île-de-France can request, when registering, to benefit from free accommodation and dinner (half/board) for 3 nights, from the 1st of June until the 4th of June. EPS booked double or single rooms in limited number (130 beds) at the FIAP JEAN MONNET in Paris. Please, if you wish to take advantage of this opportunity, fill in the registration boxes below:

Cancellation: the cancellation of your participation is possible, and free if notification is sent in due time (deadline 15 May 2022). In case of unavailability, please let us know as soon as possible so that someone else can benefit from your place (limited places).

Registration for the different activities (conferences, round tables, workshops) is exclusively reserved for people registered for the event.
